1. Eligibility Check

To be eligible for natural medicine, you must:

1. Have a condition that has lasted for 3+ months

2. Have tried other treatments which didn’t fully improve your condition or produced unwanted side effects

3. Not be pregnant/breastfeeding or have a history of psychosis

2. Book an Appointment

3. Getting Medication

After your doctor’s consultation, your TGA approval and your prescription(s) will be sent to you (via SMS or email) or one of our dedicated pharmacies where medications will be sent directly to your home.

4. Doctor Follow Up

You will need to book a follow-up appointment with our doctor who will review your response to the prescribed medication and make adjustment as appropriate.

Natural Alternative Therapy

While the TGA regulates the access, most natural medicines are considered to be unapproved medicines. Unapproved medicines have not been assessed by the TGA for safety, quality or effectiveness. However, where clinically appropriate, there are pathways for registered health care professionals to access natural medicine for their patients.

Compassionate Access Program Benefits

Bulk billing face-to-face consultations are available for patients holding a valid concession card. Please be advised that these appointments are limited and may book out quickly.

Our Compassionate Access Program offers Australian concession card holders savings on their medications. It’s all part of our mission to make natural medicine more affordable and accessible, for everyone.

How to claim

1. Provide concession card details

You must contact the clinic to inform us your concession status prior to your appointment which cannot be claimed retrospectively.

2. Concession Program applied

You’ll be registered in our system as a concession patient.

3. Enjoy affordable care

Veterans Card Holder

For DVA patients – we can assist with the application to DVA for subsidising cost of natural medicine (separate cost involved for the extra documentations).

How do I get a concession discount if I'm not a patient yet?

Prior to your consultation date, you must inform the clinic (SMS/email/call) if you have any relevant concessions. If you have a Commonwealth-issued Health Card, Veterans Card or Seniors Health & Pensioner Concession Card, the receptionist will enter your details into the system and your concession status will be updated.

How do I get a concession discount if I'm already a patient?
