To be eligible for natural medicine, you must:
1. Have a condition that has lasted for 3+ months
2. Have tried other treatments which didn’t fully improve your condition or produced unwanted side effects
3. Not be pregnant/breastfeeding or have a history of psychosis

After your doctor’s consultation, your TGA approval and your prescription(s) will be sent to you (via SMS or email) or one of our dedicated pharmacies where medications will be sent directly to your home.
You will need to book a follow-up appointment with our doctor who will review your response to the prescribed medication and make adjustment as appropriate.

While the TGA regulates the access, most natural medicines are considered to be unapproved medicines. Unapproved medicines have not been assessed by the TGA for safety, quality or effectiveness. However, where clinically appropriate, there are pathways for registered health care professionals to access natural medicine for their patients.
