We implement a range of physical and electronic safety measures to protect the personal information that we hold. Including;

- Cancellation Policy
For the benefit of our Doctors and other patients, we appreciate you notifying us 24 hours before your appointment time if you no longer need or would like to re-schedule your appointment. If a patient fails to attend, in accordance to our “Did Not Attend” policy, DNA fee be will charged to your account.
DNA Fee: $50 for all appointments.
